• All appointments require a booking fee, which is redeemable against your treatment total.  

• If you cancel or request to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.  

• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, your booking fee will also be forfeited.  

• To rebook following a late cancellation or non-attendance, a 50% deposit will be required.  

• If this occurs again, future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.  

• If you are late, we may need to adjust your treatment to fit the remaining appointment time.  

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will not be refunded.  

This policy ensures we remain on schedule and fair to all clients.

• A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour service. We will not proceed with your appointment if a patch test has not been completed.  

• As a salon with limited space, we kindly ask that only clients receiving treatments attend their appointment. This includes children who are not booked in for a treatment.  

• We only work on nails that we have previously treated.  

• If you currently have product applied elsewhere, please contact us so we can book a removal appointment in addition to your treatment.  

• No clients under the age of 16 are permitted to receive colour services or gel nail treatments.  

• Gift vouchers may be redeemed against all hair, nail and beauty treatments.  

• Aesthetic treatments are excluded.  

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  

• Vouchers have no cash alternative and are non-refundable.  

• The 10% discount applies to the cheapest service only when multiple services are booked within the same appointment.  

• Offer excludes toners, fringe trims, nail art, repairs, hair masks, treatments, hair extension appointments and Keratin treatments.  

• The offer must be presented or mentioned at the time of appointment.  

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.  

• No cash alternative is available.  

• Offer is subject to availability.  

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.  

• The 15% discount applies to one treatment only and is valid on the cheapest service when multiple services are booked.  

• Offer excludes toners, fringe trims, nail art, repairs, hair masks, treatments, hair extension appointments and Keratin treatments.  

• Offer is valid for new client referrals only.  

• The referred client must book and redeem their appointment before the referrer receives their discount.  

• Discount is redeemable once per referred client.  

• The offer must be mentioned or presented at the time of booking.  

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.  

• No cash alternative is available.  

• Offer is subject to availability.
